When you visit our website or app, you may order a product or become a member of our studio.  You will be asked to provide information such as your name, address, phone number, email, birthday, debit / credit card or other information to help us better serve you.  Just Move Fitness Inc. collects this information whenever you fill out a form online at our website, in studio or on our app.  You may also provide this information over the phone to one of our employees or coaches.  We use this information for the following reasons:
~ To enter you into our software so we can track your fitness goals.

~ To enter you into our software so you can be a member of the studio and use our services and/or buy our products.

~ To be able to contact you regarding your account for reminders, class schedules, promotions, advertising, etc.

~ To provide information to third parties that have a connection with Just Move Fitness Inc. to provide services and/or products.

~ To be able to email you regarding our services, products, promotions, updates to the studio, etc.

Just Move Fitness Inc. does not sell, trade or transfer any of your personal information that you provide to others, unless is complies with our privacy policy AND is required to conduct our business.  Just Move Fitness Inc. works with third-parties to help us run our website, apps and studio software.  We work with these third-parties to conduct our business and provide services and products to our clients.  Any third-party that Just Move Fitness Inc. works with agrees to keep all information confidential that they come across while providing their service to Just Move Fitness Inc.  Any personal information obtained by third-parties for the purposes of conducting our business will be used in a manner consistent with this policy.  

~ We may also need to release information in good faith when it is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our policies or protect our rights, property, and/or safety of Just Move Fitness Inc.'s employees, coaches and/or clients.  

~Third Party Links: We may have links to our Facebook page, twitter page and or other third party links.  If you decide to click and follow these links, Just Move Fitness Inc. is not responsible for the content of any third party website.  Just Move Fitness Inc is also not responsible for any data collection of third-party links.
