Our coaches take your fitness goals seriously. The first step is to come to class. You do you in each class, whether that is walking, jogging or running. Our coaches are there to motivate, guide and answer your questions.
We believe music and community is what inspire and motivates us to achieve our personal fitness goals. Each class will have a music theme and fitness category. Pick a class, jump on your treadmill, challenge yourself and have fun together!
We also have outdoor walking / jogging / running teams for all of our members so stop by the studio and sign up for a team. Our teams get together in our community to walk, jog or run leisurely or you can train together for a 5K, 10K and marathons. Join a team or come in and create a team with others!
