Please read before purchasing any class pass and memberships.
Your health and safety is very important to Just Move Fitness. We strive to provide the safest, cleanest and inviting environment possible. However, participating in fitness classes and use of equipment can inherit risks, including injury. By purchasing any class pass and / or membership you understand it is the same as signing a contract and is legally binding and that you agree to the following:
· Any activities that you partake in with Just Move Fitness Inc. are of your own free will, thus, if you unfortunately are injured in any way, Just Move Fitness Inc or any of its employees and/or coaches will not be held liable. You confirm that you alone assume the risk and responsibility for any injury resulting from your participation.
· You understand that it is your responsibility to clip on the red safety cord that stops the treadmill. If you choose not to, Just Move Fitness Inc or any of its employees and/or coaches will not be held liable.
· You understand that the equipment and coaches of Just Move Fitness Inc are there for guidance. You know your body best. You understand that just because something is suggested in a class, it doesn't mean you have to do it. You understand that fitness should not hurt, and that if you ever feel any pain or are uncomfortable that you are to stop immediately.
· You understand that Just Move Fitness Inc or any of its employees and/or coaches do not replace the advice of your doctor or other health practitioner. You confirm that you have the approval of your doctor before taking part in any activity with Just Move Fitness Inc.
· Just Move Fitness Inc. or any of its employees and/or coaches is not responsible for loss of any possessions. It is up to each individual to protect any personal belongings.
· By purchasing any class pass and/or membership you understand that Just Move Fitness has the right to make changes to pricing and policies. If a membership is purchased, you understand that your pricing is in effect until you cancel. Once cancelled you are forfeiting that locked in price.
· By purchasing a monthly membership, you understand that your credit or debit card will be charged the monthly membership fee until you request to cancel. To request to cancel you must submit a cancellation request by email or text to Just Move Fitness and give 10 business days for your membership to be cancelled and monthly payments to be stopped. You understand I can freeze this account for a total of 30 days per year for any reason. You understand you cannot transfer this account to others.
· By purchasing a yearly membership, you understand that your credit or debit card will be charged the full amount at purchase. To request to cancel you must submit a cancellation request by email or text to Just Move Fitness and give 10 business days for your membership to be cancelled and monthly payments to be stopped. If you choose to cancel before the 12 month minimum, you agree that you will pay a $400 penalty. You understand you can freeze this account for a total of 30 days per year for any reason. You understand you cannot transfer this account to others.
· By purchasing any class pass and/or membership you understand that you need to provide Just Move Fitness updated credit card expiry dates, new credit card information or EFT information. If you fail to provide the proper information within 5 days of next payment, you understand that this will cancel your membership and that you are forfeiting the locked in price.
· By purchasing any class pass and/or membership you acknowledge that you have read and understood Just Move Fitness Inc’s Courtesy Policy. You understand that if you pre-register for a class you must cancel before 4 hours of the class. If you fail to cancel before 4 hours of class time, you understand that you will be charged a no show fee of $5 + hst. You understand there is limited space for Just Move Fitness Inc’s treadmill classes and the courtesy policy is in place to ensure everyone gets a fair chance at a spot. You understand that if you are on a waitlist for a class, it is your responsibility to check if you were added to the class and assume all responsibility of the courtesy policy if you were added.
