Try out Bootcamp, Treadmill Strut, Cardio Kickboxing, 20-20-20 and more. We provide enough classes so you can try something different every day while still getting that treadmill time in!
No coach here but that won't slow you down! Practice what you have learned in class and have some time for you. Open Gym means you use the treadmill how you wish. We also have other fun challenges for you including tread workout cards, yoga cards, dumbbell workouts and even a skipping rope rep counter!
We all need a moment to slow things down and relax our bodies. In this class, we put on easy listening music and stretch on our mats. Stretching benefits our bodies in many ways including increased range of motion, increased muscle blood flow, reduces risk of injury, improves performance and stress relief.
